What are these "Changepoint Outlook Tools," and can we use them?

This is a plug-in that adds a Changepoint menu to
Outlook. It has the following features:
- Contact synchronization
- Batch Calendar synchronization
- Create Knowledge Item
- Create Support Item
- Create Activity
We can't use these tools yet because the features have not been enabled in Changepoint. Microsoft Exchange may be a prerequisite for that to work.
